Consisting of 16 condo units separated into three distinct buildings assuring a quiet living environment where each condo owner respects the quality of life of each other. The project was sold in 11 months. Situated in the heart of Rosemont/ Petit Patrie district the project is within walking distance of many municipal services as well of major shopping mall.
Domaine Pominville - Lachine
This project is a single dwelling (townhouse) style concept. Using stone facades and brick veneer exterior finish gives this project a touch of class, ensuring a quality living environment keeping a harmonious architectural design throughout the project. A total of fifty townhouses were built.
Condos l'Esperance - HOMA
This condo units consists of twenty condos separated in five buildings of four condos per building. With its stone facade and black windows gives it a design of modern times yet the hint of post modern architecture. The site near a very expanding neighborhood gives its condo owners access to many services.
